Piezo is a generative artwork by rudxane, built from a grid system that is deliberately broken apart through mirroring. Each grid block is randomly assigned line spacing, which produces a spray-like grain, and each block mirrors across the x-axis to the left, doubling its width so that blocks overlap and blend. Color palettes are generated randomly from a base of 2 to 7 colors and assigned to grid locations, a departure from the predetermined palettes rudxane often used before. The work is created in Vanilla JS and is described as related in intent to the earlier generative series "Fold."

nullMachines are generated by stitching together hand-drawn animated tiles using the wave function collapse algorithm, which repeatedly selects a grid cell, randomly picks a tile that fits its position and neighbors, and propagates the constraints until the grid is full. If a dead end is reached, the process restarts until a complete solution is found.
