## Summary

The Art Angle podcast episode "The New Style of Artist Career" features artist Joshua Citarella in conversation with Artnet's Ben Davis about artist careers in the internet era. The episode examines how artists find collaborators and audiences amid what the description calls tenuous answers, with traditional institutions dominated by wealth and starved for resources on one side and attention-driven internet culture on the other. Citarella's work has been exhibited at Berlin's KW Institute for Temporary Art, in its "Poetics of Encryption" show, and he has been cited on Internet subcultures by the New York Times and the Guardian. He is described as moving between artist, podcaster, micro influencer, and community manager of the online platform Do Not Research.
