## Summary

Octant is offering a 4-week remote accelerator for builders who have received at least one grant and want to work on financial sustainability and growth. The program, running 26 September to 24 October, is motivated by repeated feedback from builders at Devconnect and ETHDenver that many strong projects have not yet worked out a revenue model. Participants are expected to commit 30+ hours a week and attend the full program. Work covers business models, partnerships, revenue funnels, distribution, community experiments and branding, with speakers and mentors from projects including jokerace, Aztec Network, MorphL2 and Pizza DAO. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the deadline.

If you’re a builder/project who’s received at least 1 grant, this one’s for you. Since last year, we’ve keenly been listening and talking to builders, grantees, and grants program operators in this space. 

One thing through all this has been p evident: project sustainability is a big challenge. From @Devconnect week last year to @ETHDenver this year, we’ve heard the same thing over and over. Some of the best projects in this space have yet to figure out their revenue model and how to become sustainable.

Builders who:
— Have received at least 1 grant for their project (from any grants program)
— Are ready to commit 30+ hours working on their project every week
— Commit to financial sustainability and growth 
— Aren’t afraid of user feedback and radical candor 
— Are ready to experiment and try cool (and sometimes unhinged) approaches to marketing and user growth 
— Have a get-it-done mindset and excellent work ethic   
— Will attend the entirety of the program (remotely)
