New: A Slightly Darker Dark

Dark mode got a glow up with a brand new color scheme. We also touched up the notifications screens and made a few tweaks to light mode as well.

Mobile only for now, rolling out to all users. h/t @blockheim @tanishq @bigolal @slokh
