@miroyato @Ether_Gavin @themidaswhale @0xzak @dethective @0xprivacypools @MolochDAO correct, if Vitalik sends you some of the 1000 eth he deposited in railgun and you withdraw it, we have no way of knowing if it was V or the upbit hacker (who also deposited 400 eth yesterday),  so we have to reject it
