this is crazy; how can we look at this and say “hmm yeah let’s keep going this way”

>small pool of capital
>retail; akin to gambling (?)
>fundamental psychologic hurdles (?)
>comfortable with permanent loss (???)
>social/consumer facing?????? (?????)

if you stand with this, you actively stand against builders & there is no two ways about that
