We saw same trends during WWI and WWII in the UK when women started doing many traditionally men's jobs. And since their role in the society became critical for the war, they were able to pass the voting rights for women in the parliament. Wondering how it's going to evolve in Ukraine.
Recently in the UK I have seen a few all women street working crews / power cable crews. I wonder if this was an intentional policy or just coincidents.
