@0xWismerhill: GNO treasury redemption proposal passes quorum, most voted ever

The proposal is essentially a structured wind-down option dressed as optionality; a vote of no confidence in the current operating model, packaged as a holder right rather than a confrontation. For Gnosis Ltd, it's existential. If participation is high, it's the end of GnosisDAO in its current form. If it's low, it's the healthiest possible outcome: NAV discount closes, accountability returns, the DAO continues with a clearer mandate. Either way, the status quo loses. The vote is genuinely contested right now. The arbitrage (~27% spread between $132 market and $170 NAV) is real but the market is already partly pricing the vote passing, and gLTD-CLAIM execution risk eats into the rest. Not exciting for small holders, especially if you’re ideologically invested. Update on GIP-150: rejected with 72% against and quorum 802% :) https://snapshot.box/#/s:gnosis.eth/proposal/0x32a1ca3d77203dd9e684e25c0b3ca4db62f3a8462e5261573348f6d7d21d21a0/discussion But keep an eye on this, changes.. | |
