The Ecosystem Support Program (ESP) funds free and open-source projects that strengthen Ethereum's foundations, with a focus on builder tools, infrastructure, research, community resources and other public goods. Support is generally aimed at builders rather than end users. Financial support is offered through a Wishlist and RFPs curated by EF teams, and non-financial support through Office Hours.
