That‘s crazy. So when you open the Farcaster app, there is this long text by Balaji, that you have to read, and if you don‘t accept it, you get banned from the app 🤣

I read the text in full now and I gotta say it‘s not as bad as people made it out to be (speaking of the Cassie efforts).

I kinda have to admin that I also have once already „asked people to vote for me and stay or leave“ and it was the only way for me to stay motivated and move forward (remember the drama in TG?) Sometimes you gotta do what you have to do…

Well, actually a lot of users didn’t get to vote, but were outright banned based on past casts or stuff they said in public. (If I have to believe my X scroll :)) Anyway the vibes are not really cypherpunk to say the least. To me It feels like: here's your new rulers, pledge allegiance to the network state, hail the king kind of vibes really. Personally putting my account in hibernation and waiting for spring.

Really, they were just outright banned? lol But why? Did they personally offend Balaji, or what happened?
