How to Apply | Ethereum Foundation ESP

AI summary of the linked article

The Ethereum Foundation's ESP provides financial and/or non-financial support to free, open-source, non-commercial projects that improve Ethereum, mainly those enabling builders rather than end-users. Applicants choose a Wishlist or RFP item and submit a proposal covering methodology, timeline and deliverables. The Grant Management team reviews applications with the relevant EF team, possibly including an interview, rescoping or budget negotiation. Funded projects receive milestone-based payments, paid on-chain in ETH by default, after identity verification and a formal grant letter. Evaluation criteria include technical approach, ecosystem impact, open-source outputs, budget, experience and alignment with Ethereum's values.

Somewhat yes. I worked with Freeatnet and others on a wallet that would allow storing an EOA client side encrypted in a server and for it then to be made accessible from multiple devices with Passkeys.

So far I haven‘t looked too deeply into smart accounts, so I guess I‘d have to rethink our approach here. But it could certainly make sense to adjust what we want to build!
