Introducing EigenDA V2 on Mainnet at 100 MB/s

EigenDA has launched V2 on Ethereum mainnet at a throughput of 100 MB/s, timed to Ethereum's 10th anniversary, with average latency of 5 seconds and p99 latency of 10 seconds.
