I must admit that I have not understood too much from that post. What's Neuroweb in the first place?

It's a knowledge mining protocol to populate the Decentralized Knowledge Graph (DKG). KGs are symbolic AI, and this data model getting famous mostly for RAG, gives LLMs better reasoning capabilities and factual responses, and Nueroweb is an incentivization layer to crowd source knowledge.
