Iβ€˜m surprised that this isnβ€˜t featuring anoncast, which IMO is the biggest thing that happened in privacy

This might be related to the increasing fragmentation in the crypto space like signalled in this recent Kiwi post:

Especially with Bsky in the mix I have the feeling different parts of crypto space are floating apart and are even becoming opposites on some levels. There is a fast growing crypto scene on Bsky now and vibes are different from say X, Fc or even Lens for that matter. (I think Lens really has it's own particular vibes, it is a weird place that is kind of funny stuff at times, thinking of the stickers instead of likes on Orb.

But maybe that is that is also part of growing up of the space.

Maybe crypto space is also in a phase where it needs to examen it's responsibilities, what the freedom means created by the tools that were built and its consequences. So besides fragmentation in different microblogs and messaging apps, precisely this fragmentation might mean also a fragmentation in the way people think about what should be next in crypto.

In this case web3privacy, being quite cypherpunk oriented and having no presence of Farcaster (mostly on X and recently very active on Bsky) might not even be aware of anoncast.

this fragmentation trend is actually pretty good for kiwi, because the more fragmented the feeds are, the bigger need for an aggregator
