Who would be interested in implementing CCA into Kiwi? by timdaub.eth12379 🥝 • 10mo • 0 views • 0 clicks The new liquidity bootstrapping mechanism of Uniswap seems really promising:
- https://docs.uniswap.org/contracts/liquidity-launchpad/Overview
I could imagine implementing this natively into Kiwi News. That is as I think it fixes a couple of things:
- Finally there is no unfair first-come-first-serve dynamic anymore, meaning people can professionally invest
- ZKPassport can replace KYC, which means that authenticating yourself for a sale seems to become much easier.
The docs are there and from the UI perspective it doesn't seem all that hard to integrate. Could we organize support for this? E.g. what if Uniswap funds part of it? Who would be interested in working on this? Is there generally an interest to add this here?

Few things: - Me and Kiwi have been against unfair token launches since the beginning - But we do like to share trading and investing advice here too. We also want to invest in serious businesses - HN is also about investing in startups because of YC. So combining startup financing with this site doesn‘t seem off on a product level - Uniswap‘s CCA seems to be value-compliant with the Kiwi News idea, in that it is fair and that there‘s enough time to research a project | |
