YubiKeys 5 are permanently vulnerable to cloning attacks

As far as I have understood, the attacker needs a physical access and some serious set of equipments to hack the device that they have access to. So, as long as we are not some open target, for the smol users, it seems to be OK?

security by obscurity. Why not use a standard usb?
