It seems as if their social system, so issues (and PRs?) are built on AT proto, which is a neat idea.

As dev gets more "social" – you and collaborators talking to various agents doing the grunt work – using a social protocol as a basis might be the right choice, direction. Especially if you are talking to the more autonomous variety.
