Hell yeah love this story. Sadly Norwegians government will never need to care since they have oil. But also they should be happy because it sounds like Norway does not have an exit tax like the US or Germany. On a practical note usually the best approach to this would be to have all business assets isolated from you right from the beginning. BVI trust is expensive, Estonia works decently, Dubai is a middle ground for cost.
Regardless of how much a treasure a gov has, losing talent trumps oil on the long run. also, hi @Ruben! :)
