Bill Ackman on DEI and Harvard

Bill Ackman argues that DEI, as he describes it, is a racist and illegal movement that has driven antisemitism and division at Harvard and beyond. He says that antisemitism on campus was a warning sign of an oppressor/oppressed ideology, and that DEI's "equity" means equality of outcome rather than opportunity. He cites Ibram X. Kendi as an advocate of this ideology and states that Harvard ranked lowest of 248 universities assessed by the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression on free speech. He also says he was accused of racism by the NAACP president after posting that Harvard's presidential search excluded candidates who did not meet DEI criteria.
