Bluesky CEO at SXSW

It would be interesting to build a crypto / Ethereum focussed app on AT Protocol. Maybe someone is already building it?

Haha why? Don‘t we have already enough crypto social protocols that nobody cares about? I think it‘d be a waste of everyone‘s time unless we see crypto users really embracing these apps first

Actually crypto users are coming to Bsky. Slowly slowly but surely. Bsky is still a quite boring backwater, especially for crypto, but I notice more and more crypto folks and also quite some artists starting out. Every day it's getting better. Don't know where it's going, but some social app integrating crypto payment options or digital art discovery might be interesting. I don't know. Haha. Just keeping an open mind. I think a danger of crypto is that it feels to much like an insider place where it's scary, especially I think Ethereum should try to normalize, promote it's the world computer and anyone can and should use it.

Anyway I think Bsky might be a place to connect with the normies :) anyway some day. They will not be coming to Farcaster any time soon since it feels much to crypto incrowd, at least at this point.
