Community Consensus, Fork Headliners & ACD Working Groups

A proposed process for choosing Ethereum hard fork headliners would have AllCoreDevs define a shared "Fork Focus" at the start of each upgrade cycle and select only one or, at most, two flagship features that align with it. It seeks structured input from the wider community beyond core developers, with headliner proposals written as Ethereum Magicians threads covering benefits, stakeholder impact, technical readiness and security. It also explains the decision to remove EOF from Fusaka, citing repeated difficulty reaching rough consensus and late opposition from the Reth team after it examined interactions with legacy contracts.
