Cyber-related Designation Removal; North Korea Designation Update and Removal

The U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) removed Tornado Cash and its associated digital currency addresses from the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List on March 21, 2025. The deletions include the tornado.cash website and dozens of Ethereum addresses, with the entry's cyber-related tags removed. OFAC also amended the SDN entry for Roman Semenov, dropping the cyber-related [CYBER2] tag while keeping the North Korea sanctions designation [DPRK3].
