ERC-6551 NFTs as a crypto wallet

Future Primitive is launching token bound accounts (ERC-6551), a open protocol that gives every NFT its own smart contract wallet address without requiring changes to the original ERC-721 contract. The article says the standard lets NFTs own ETH and ERC-20, ERC-721 and ERC-1155 tokens, and that it can record each NFT's own on-chain history, or provenance. Examples given include POAPs transferring with an NFT when it is sold, and a demo available on testnet at tokenbound.org.
