Ethereum Foundation's Management and Board Structure

The Ethereum Foundation has announced its new management and board structure, with Hsiao-Wei Wang and Tomasz K. Stańczak appointed as Co-Executive Directors to lead strategic and operational execution alongside other management members. The board, which oversees vision and compliance as a Swiss foundation, includes Vitalik Buterin as Founder, Aya Miyaguchi as President, Patrick Storchenegger as Swiss counsel, and Hsiao-Wei Wang, who also serves as a bridge between the board and management. Tomasz will hold the Co-ED role for an expected two-year term while remaining involved in other companies, including Nethermind and venture affiliations.
