@Foundation: Foundation is transitioning ownership to Blackdove

Foundation, the NFT art platform, is transitioning ownership to Blackdove, which will take over moderation, support and future development while the platform keeps operating as it does today. The announcement says Foundation facilitated more than $230 million in primary sales for artists and that its smart contracts, tokenURIs and royalty mechanics are unchanged, with ownership, provenance and artist royalties unaffected. Blackdove is taking responsibility for pinning Foundation content, and Pinata will let collectors and creators pin assets independently. Users have a 30-day consent period starting January 27 to opt in to continued email notifications, and emails will transfer only for those who consent.
