From RetroPGF-1 to RetroPGF-3: An evolving journey with rich learnings

The BanklessDAO article covers the evolution of Optimism Foundation's Retro Public Goods Funding (RetroPGF) from Round 1 to Round 3. RetroPGF-2 saw all 195 nominated projects receive funding, with median funding of 22,825 OP, and the Foundation identified problems such as badgeholders being overwhelmed by the number of projects. RetroPGF-3 will allocate 30m OP tokens across four nomination categories and includes a 150,000 OP RFP for a custom voting frontend, with voting scheduled to begin in Fall 2023.
