From quarters to cycles: accelerating ethereum.org

The ethereum.org team has adopted Shape Up cycles, with 6-week build periods followed by 2-week cooldowns, and has committed to shipping its first cycle's projects by the end of February with no automatic rollovers. The cycle covers the ethereum.org website, not the Ethereum protocol. Planned work includes an interactive roadmap based on Vitalik's Ethereum roadmap, audio playback for key pages, native Web3 wallet connections, a dashboard hub, a comprehensive content refresh, and a UI migration from Chakra to Shadcn UI components. Ethproofs.org, a platform to track zkVM capabilities, is also listed as launching very soon.
