Funding Flows in Ethereum: 2023

This FAQ presents a best-guess visualization of funding flows for Ethereum ecosystem public goods in 2023, current as of November 11, 2023. It excludes GG19, EF Q3/Q4, and Optimism RPGF Round 3 data, which are absent so far, and omits projects that primarily funded specific non-Ethereum ecosystems. The page says the data is not financial advice and should not be relied on for financial, legal, or tax purposes. It also describes a goal of building a more transparent, accountable, diverse, and meritocratic plurality of public goods funding sources, and notes that circular flows, such as between Giveth and Gitcoin, are not yet captured well.
