GG23 OSS Program Quadratic Funding Results

Gitcoin has published the results of its GG23 OSS Program Quadratic Funding rounds, with payouts planned for May 2, 2025 after one week of community review and feedback. The rounds covered three program rounds, $600k in matching, $95,278.16 total crowdfunded, 9,991 unique donors and 235 projects. The post says the round used COCM, a pluralistic variant of quadratic funding, together with Gitcoin Passport's model-based sybil detection, with no closed-source silencing of sybils or donors. Pheasant Network and Vine Finance were removed from matching for participating in quid pro quo during GG23.
