NFT timepieces relating ownership to the ceaseless stochastic thrum of the blockchain

It's already a bit older article, but only discovered today. Curating it bc I'm lately quite fascinated by the idea of Ethereum as a clock. Also somehow it seems suitable today.

In this sense, blockchain is a stochastic clock. It clicks ahead relentlessly, but if we used it to tell time, there’d be variation around our estimates. This variation is systematic and beautiful in its way. Blockchain is, in a sense, a Gaussian timepiece.
