Gitcoin entering the end game

Gitcoin is refocusing in 2024 on grants as its main focus, which it describes as entering its "end game." It is forming a business unit called Grants Labs, led by @meglister, to achieve product-market fit for Grants Stack and Allo Protocol, with a long-term goal of $1 billion in funds distributed through Allo. The organization is also shutting down PGN over the next six months and preparing to spin out Passport, led by @Jeremy, into a standalone project. Gitcoin further announced the Ecosystem Collective subDAO and the Citizen Grants Program, which is expected to launch in mid-February.
