Glamsterdam Hoodi Testnet Announcement

The Glamsterdam Ethereum network upgrade is scheduled to activate on the Hoodi testnet at epoch 132,352, slot 4,235,264, on October 26, 2026 at 17:42:48 UTC, with Hoodi's gas limit raised to 200M at the same epoch. The upgrade combines the Amsterdam execution layer and Gloas consensus layer changes, headlined by enshrined proposer-builder separation (EIP-7732) and block-level access lists (EIP-7928). Following its activation on Sepolia on October 6, 2026, the upgrade has no mainnet date yet, and node operators must update both their execution and consensus clients before activation.
