Hacker Shows How to Get Free Laundry For Life

Michael Orlitzky decided laundry would be free after CSC Serviceworks replaced all the machines in his building with coin-op or app-powered ones about a week ahead of schedule, leaving any cash on laundry cards worthless and unusable. Orlitzky said one new machine ate his quarters and left his first load stuck on the cold setting, forcing him to pay another $2 and move his belongings. After an hour on hold with CSC customer service, he was told to seek a refund through a website that required installing CSC's app.
