Highlights from the All Core Developers Execution (ACDE) Call #212

The All Core Devs Execution Call 212 focused on stabilizing Fusaka Devnets, finalizing the Devnet 1 scope, and aligning client teams on key EIPs. The group agreed to include EIP-7825 (Transaction Gas Limit Cap) and EIP-7934 (RLP Block Size Limit) in Devnet 1. Fusaka Devnet 0 was scheduled to launch the Monday after the call, with Grandine, Prysm, Lodestar, Teku and Geth reported ready, while Nimbus and Lighthouse had yet to release their branches. EIP-5920 (Pay Op Code) had no consensus for inclusion, and Alon Muroch proposed keeping Hoodi as the last testnet to fork before mainnet.
