Introducing Alloy: Fast, battle-tested and well-documented software for ETH

Alloy is a rebranded and rewritten successor to ethers-rs, the Rust Ethereum library, announced by its authors gakonst (Georgios Konstantopoulos) and prestwich (James Prestwich). The project moves to a new GitHub organization, alloy-rs, with alloy-rs/core providing shared types such as primitives, RLP, RPC types, a Solidity parser, and static ABI coding. The authors say the migration away from Parity types will take place over the next 6 months, while ethers-rs stays available in maintenance mode for v2, and they encourage developers to try alloy in low-level projects.
