Issue 58 – Threats to the stability and integrity of Ethereum

A crypto industry roundup reports that Alexey Pertsev was sentenced to 64 months in prison in the Netherlands over Tornado Cash, and that Ryan Salame asked for no more than 18 months before his May 28 sentencing. Prosecutors charging two brothers over an attack on Ethereum MEV bots wrote that tampering with MEV-Boost threatens the stability and integrity of the Ethereum blockchain. Other items include Aiden Pleterski's arrest on fraud and money laundering charges and a class action by Luke Brown against Dolce & Gabbana over its DGFamily NFTs, which Brown says cost him $6,000.
