Yes, Gnosis Chain deprecated GnosisScan and consolidated on Blockscout. https://gnosis.blockscout.com/
Blockscout is fully open-source and is cheaper :) and primary explorer since inception. Also the DAO didn’t want to fund two blockexplorers.
