MakerDAO: The 5 phases of Endgame

MakerDAO's Endgame is a major update meant to enhance efficiency, resilience and participation, with a short-term goal of growing the Dai supply to more than 100 billion within 3 years. The roadmap rolls out in five phases, starting with a Beta Launch in early 2024 that introduces a unified brand and the NewStable and NewGovToken tokens, where each MKR upgrades to 12000 NewGovToken. Phase 2 launches six SubDAOs, two FacilitatorDAOs and four AllocatorDAOs, while Phase 3 adds Governance AI Tools built around a governance rulebook called the Atlas. Phase 4 launches the Sagittarius Lockstake Engine, which lets NewGovToken holders delegate their voting power to Aligned Governance Strategies.
