Metamorphosis I by Darien Brito — Announcement and Allowlist

Darien Brito has announced Metamorphosis I (M1), a series of 110 generative works in which blocks continuously transform, mutate, and morph over time. Each piece's transformation steps, shaping function, looping sequence, and palette are determined by the hash generated at minting, and each token starts from the same point on refresh. Collectors can adjust rotation, color mode, animation speed, frame rate, aspect ratio, and loop segment, and can toggle a "traffic mode" that visualizes Ethereum network activity. Brito combines visual qualities from his earlier projects, Quadrature and Laterals, to deconstruct the idea of the perfect loop.
