Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajic was an early investor in Terraform Labs, the company behind Terra, according to documents that surfaced in the trial against the company. Spajic invested $75,000 in April 2018 in exchange for 750,000 LUNA tokens, which the article says is roughly ten cents per token.
