My experience as a Gazan girl getting into Silicon Valley companies

A 19-year-old computer engineering student in Gaza describes how she received internship offers from Google and Repl.it after training through the RBK bootcamp in Jordan and the Manara program. She says Manara provided referrals to both companies in October 2020, and she passed Google's interviews in December 2020 and Repl.it's in January 2021 after preparing with Manara mentors. She chose Google because it will send her to Europe for the summer internship, and she notes that four of six Manara cohort members who applied to Google received offers.
