Nouns Builder | Prop 10 - Onboard 100 Regens to Farcaster

Nouns Builder Prop 10 proposes onboarding an initial 100 regens, described as high-quality daily active users committed to regenerative and socially impactful activities, to make Farcaster the hub where they coordinate and build online and onchain. The proposal was made by contributors to /regen and regen.tips, a grassroots culture project, and it seeks 0.4 ETH (about 1500 USD). The text says the /regen channel grew from about 250 followers to more than 11,000 since April 23rd, and that regen.tips recorded 15,000 website signups. Budget items include sponsoring the costs of bringing 100 regens to Farcaster and contributing to development of a bot-resistant tipping system and a proof-of-regen score.
