@OctantApp: StreamVote, a new way to fund Ethereum

I fail to see the relevance of Octant. They‘re always so strictly pre-vetting the eligible projects that they might as well just give the 15 projects an equal split. The video even says that they picked 15 projects out of 3000.

Not sure what to do here but to complain. It is somehow their right as ex-Golem to do with their funds whatever they want. They fund important projects too. But it‘s maybe just really boring? I see this site and it doesn‘t give me excitement or a sense of opportunity. Also not as a voter. Why would I hold thousands in this loser currency GLM when anyways their funds always go to some pre-vetted cabal thing?
