Open deployment ceremony for Circles v2

Circles is running an open community deployment ceremony for Circles v2, inviting anyone to deploy the rc-v1.0.0-beta contracts to Gnosis Chain and report their addresses in a shared HackMD file. The official deployment will be the valid Hub.sol address closest, by Kademlia XOR "randomised distance," to the first Gnosis Chain block hash on Monday, 14 October 2024 at 00:00:01 UTC. Participants were asked to join by the following Sunday, ahead of Circles' fourth anniversary on Tuesday, 15 October. A vanity address for Hub.sol is also welcomed, and would take precedence over the random selection if one is found.
