I have read this article, but I have an issue with it: it is essentially a guide on how to optimize existing L2 transactions. In my view, it does not feature any exciting story that promotes the vision of the Ethereum world computer. Therefore, I don't think this story belongs on Kiwi News.

In my opinion, Vitalik wouldn't have had to publish it on his blog, because this is more of a research piece that informs other researchers on technical trade-offs in increasing the L1 gas limit. From what I'm understanding, this does not move forward any kind of world computer creation mission where we would make it easier and more accessible for consumer app builders or anyone else who interacts with consumers.
