The Dark Forest Anthology of the Internet

The Dark Forest Anthology of the Internet, edited by Kickstarter cofounder Yancey Strickler, collects essays on the Dark Forest idea of the internet, led by Strickler's essay The Dark Forest Theory of the Internet. It also includes a contributor's May 2019 essay that coined the term "cozyweb" and referenced Strickler's piece. The book is published by Metalabel, Strickler's new venture, and its first printing sold out within a week. The contributors now form a metalabel artists' collective that plans to publish more work under the Dark Forest label.
