This is actually spot on, but it also informs one of my biggest frustrations, which is that basically none of we need is achieved by core devs, or researchers or by speeding up hard forks. 99% of what is being described here is related to marketing, setting the right standards for wallets, cleaning shit up, having good defaults and opinions.
