Very interesting. I don't know if this is happening because the foundation is bigger, and as soon as things get bigger, things become more complicated no matter what. It is not an excuse, but a consequence, and if the leaders look the other way, then the problem is real. I think it's worth clarifying these issues existed before the reshuffle earlier this year, and I antipcate things will get a lot worse before they get better. Without taking things too personally, I am paying attention to the things EF reps say to our community that don't hold true when you observe how other communities or individuals are treated. It's obviously a tough job to look after institutional and grassroots audiences at the same time, but considering how decentralisation is the goal, I expect more from them. I feel that's fair and defensible. | |
