The Privatization of Orderflow and Resurgence of the Fat App Thesis

When reading this, I was like, what‘s blockchain actually good for in terms of trading. Of course, it‘s good for settling between parties, but it doesn‘t seem to be useful for trading itself. Or Am I missing something?
