TrustNFT, a startup in the Silver Scott Blockchain Group, is launching "TrustNFT — AV," a blockchain-based platform for age and identity verification that uses NFTs and zero-knowledge proofs so users can prove their age without revealing documents. According to the press release, the NFT confirms only name and age, and its target users include social media platforms, adult-only events or clubs, and age-restricted websites. The author says the technology is feasible but that TrustNFT provides few technical details, a waitlist-only website, and little information. The website's stated focus is on accredited investors, with age verification appearing to be a side product.
